There is no doubt that Darkmoon Card: Greatness is the nr. 1 trinket, so the choice is is really between Warthstone, Mirror of Truth and for some, Fury of the Five Flight. Considering that Wrathstone is a 100% up each two min, and that Mirror of Truth only has a 10% proc chance every 45 seconds, the Wrathstone is better.

Some trinkets like darkmoon card can last for another tier but there are no items like DST for example. Loot in general is just less interesting when it is more balanced and instead of having 1 difficulty/mode, you have 2-4.
